The Board of Directors of AVG Logistics Limited (the "Company") at their meeting held on June 03, 2023 has approved and recommended a final dividend @ Re 1/- per share for financial year ended the March 31, 2023. The payment is subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
