Optiemus Infracom Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 1.50

The board of directors of Optiemus Infracom Ltd has approved the declaration of Interim Dividend of Rs. 1.50/- per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each i.e. @ 15% on the Equity Share Capital of the Company for the financial year 2022-23, which shall be payable to those shareholders who hold shares on the record date fixed by the Company. The Dividend shall be paid on or before 30 days from the date of declaration i.e. on or before 24th June, 2023. The Board of Directors of the Company has fixed 7th day of June, 2023 as the "record date" for determining the shareholders entitled to receive the interim dividend.
