Grasim Industries Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 10

The board of directors of Grasim Industries Ltd has recommended a dividend of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) per equity share (of face value of Rs. 2 each) for the financial year ended 31st March 2023, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company.
