Windsor Machines Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of directors of Windsor Machines Ltd has recommended a final dividend at the rate of 50% i.e. Rs. 1/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2023, subject to shareholders'' approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ('AGM').
