NESCO Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 4.50

The Board of Directors of NESCO Ltd at their meeting held on 24 May 2023, have considered and approved final dividend of Rs. 4.50/- per equity share of the face value of Rs. 2/- each for financial year ended 31 March 2023, subject to approval of members at the Annual General Meeting. The Board meeting commenced at 07.00 p.m. and concluded at 11.15 p.m.
