Aptech Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 6

The Board of directors of Aptech Ltd has declared an Interim dividend of Rs. 6/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the Financial Year 2022-23 (i.e., 60% of the face value), subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting ('AGM').

Shares of Aptech Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 484.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 470.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 48290 in over 2732 trades.
