Fortis Healthcare Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The board of directors of Fortis Healthcare Ltd has considered and recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1/- per equity share (10% of face value of Rs. 10/- each), for the financial year 2022-23, subject to approval of the members of the Company, which shall be paid/ dispatched within 30 days from the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
