Swan Energy Limited recommends dividend of Rs. 0.10

The Board of Directors of Swan Energy Limited at its meeting held on May 20, 2023, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, have recommended payment of Dividend @ 10% on Equity share of Rs. 1/- each, (Rs. 0.10 per share) for F.Y. 2022-23.
