Balaji Amines Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 10

The board of directors of Balaji Amines Ltd has recommended the final dividend of Rs. 10/- per equity share i.e., 500% on face value of Rs. 2/- per share and the same will be payable after it is approved by the shareholders at the 35th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
