Visaka Industries Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.60

The board of directors of Visaka Industries Ltd has recommended final dividend of Rs.0.60 per share (i.e., 30%) on equity share of Rs.2/- each fully paid-up for the year ended 31.03.2023, subject to the approval of Shareholders in the ensuing 41st Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on Friday, July 7, 2023.
