The Indian Hume Pipe Company Limited recommends dividend of Rs. 1

The board of directors of The Indian Hume Pipe Company Limited has approved the recommendation of Dividend of Rs.1/- per Equity Share (50%) of the Face Value of Rs.2/- each for the Financial Year 2022-23 subject to the approval of Shareholders at the ensuing 97th Annual General Meeting of the Company. The dividend, if approved by the Shareholders, will be paid within 30 days of declaration.
