Goa Carbon Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 17.50

The Board of Directors of Goa Carbon Ltd have recommended a final dividend of Rs.17.50/- per equity share of Rs.10/- each (175%) subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Shares of Goa Carbon Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 517.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 508.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6725 in over 979 trades.
