Saint-Gobain Sekurit India Limited recommends dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of Saint-Gobain Sekurit India Limited have recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.50/- per equity share (15%) of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2022-23, subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company to be held on Friday, July 28, 2023. The Dividend, if approved by the Members shall be paid/dispatched on the fourth day from the conclusion of 50th AGM of the Company.
