Orient Beverages Ltd increases Bisleri business to new areas

M/s Bisleri International Private Limited, Principal of the Company, has increased the territory in which the Company has been authorised to do business of packaged drinking water under the trademark "BISLERI", Soda and their other soft drink products with effect from 16th May, 2023. Business Territory of the Company has been increased from existing rights in part of West Bengal to entire state of West Bengal and also entire state of Sikkim. Besides the Company also has franchise rights for the entire state of Jharkhand. Accordingly now the Company has exclusive franchise rights to manufacture, sell and distribute packaged drinking water under the trademark "BISLERI", Soda and their other soft drink products in the entire states of West Bengal, Sikkim and Jharkhand.

Shares of ORIENT BEVERAGES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 113.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 111.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1526 in over 61 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 114.85 and intraday low of 111.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 172844.00.
