Polycab India Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 20

The Board of Directors of Polycab India Ltd has recommended a dividend @ 200% i.e. Rs.20/- per equity share of face value of Rs.10/- each for the financial year 2022-23 subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

The dividend, if approved by the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting will be paid on or before 30 days from the date of Annual General Meeting. The Book Closure and Record Date for dividend purpose will be announced in due course.

Shares of Polycab India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3234.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3209.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 17274 in over 3122 trades.
