National Plastic Technologies Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of National Plastic Technologies Limited at their meeting held on May 11, 2023, have recommended a final dividend of Rs.1.00 per share (i.e.10 % of face value of Rs.10 each), subject to approval of the shareholders of the company, which if approved, shall be paid / dispatched within thirty days from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Record date for the purpose of final dividend shall be announced later.
