Automobile Corporation of Goa Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 15

The board of directors of Automobile Corporation of Goa Ltd has approved the recommendation of Final Dividend of Re 15/- per equity share (i.e.150%) of face value of Rs. 10/- each, for the financial year 2022-23, to the members of the Company and which shall be paid subject to the approval of Members of the Company at forthcoming AGM.
