Bank of India recommends dividend of Rs. 2

The board of directors of Bank of India has recommended a dividend of Rs. 2.00 (i.e. 20%) per equity share (Face Value Rs.10/- each fully paid up) for the FY2022-23 subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing 27th Annual General Meeting of the Bank.

Shares of Bank of India was last trading in BSE at Rs. 86.33 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 86.34. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1054978 in over 4405 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 89.15 and intraday low of 85.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 92416322.00.
