Indag Rubber Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.50

The board of directors of Indag Rubber Ltd has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.50/- per equity share of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year 2022-2023. The final dividend, subject to Shareholders' approval in the ensuing AGM, shall be paid on or before 30 days from the date of its approval in the AGM.
