Havells India Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 4.50

The Board of Directors of Havells India Limited has decided to recommend a Final Dividend @ Rs. 4.50 per equity share of Re. 1/- each for the financial year 2022-23.

The Dividend, if approved by the shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company, shall be paid/ dispatched to the shareholders on or before 30 days from the date of AGM.

Shares of Havells India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1241.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1225.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 63501 in over 3862 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1250.00 and intraday low of 1211.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 78364597.00.
