Lemon Tree Hotels signs new property in Kumbakonam, Tamil Nadu

Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, one of India's leading hospitality companies, today announced the signing of Lemon Tree Hotel, Kumbakonam in Tamil Nadu. The hotel will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.

With this signing, the company further strengthens its presence in Tamil Nadu and expands its footprint across key cultural, tourism, and commercial destinations in South India. This milestone addition brings the group's footprint in the state to eight hotels, comprising six operational and two upcoming properties, including this hotel.

Kumbakonam, widely recognized as one of South India's prominent heritage and spiritual destinations, continues to witness strong demand from pilgrims, cultural travellers, and business visitors alike. Shares of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 116.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 113.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 144419 in over 1470 trades.
