NIS Management Ltd receives orders worth Rs. 2.31 crore

NIS Management Ltd has received the following work orders in the ordinary course of business:

1. Nesco Limited - Work order for deployment of Facility Supervisors and Attendants at Nesco Complex aggregating to INR 1,48,17,211/-;

2. Nesco Limited - Work order for deployment of Facility Attendants aggregating to INR 46,88,972/-; and

3. Office of the Executive Engineer, Public Works Department (PWD), Kolkata, Government of West Bengal - Work order for engagement of housekeeping personnel at the New Secretariat Building, Block-B, Administrative Block of the High Court, aggregating to INR 36,71,778/-.

The aggregate value of the aforesaid work orders stands at INR 2,31,77,961/- (Rupees Two Crore Thirty-One Lakh Seventy-Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-One Only), inclusive of applicable taxes.

Further, the Company clarifies that the aforesaid work order received from the Office of the Executive Engineer, Public Works Department (PWD), Kolkata, Government of West Bengal continues to remain valid and operative subsequent to the recent state elections in West Bengal.

These orders reflect the continued confidence of reputed clients and government authorities in the Company's service capabilities and operational strength. The Company believes that the aforesaid work orders will contribute positively to its business performance and support its longterm growth trajectory.

Shares of NIS Management Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 58.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 50.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 15600 in over 12 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 60.12 and intraday low of 51.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 887976.00.
