Veerhealth Care received repeat order worth Rs. 1.11 crores

This is a Repeat order from same Client for Supply of Hair Care and Oral Care Products. The order will be executed within 45 days.

The buyer is an India's Leading large Retail network of pharmacies and healthcare company, with a nationwide presence offering genuine healthcare products and an extensive chain of hospitals across the country.

In F.Y. 2026-27 we are expecting Total Income of Rs. 105 crores with PAT of minimum Rs. 5-6 crores.

In F. Y. 2027-28 we are expecting Total Income of Rs. 156 crores with PAT of minimum Rs. 9- 10 crores.

Preferential Issue Committee of the company has approved the allotment of 1,00,00,000 fully convertible warrants each carrying a right to subscribe to one equity share per warrant, for cash at an issue price of Rs.20.25 per warrant by way of preferential allotment. Out of these preferential warrants 45,37,000 warrants is contributed by Promoters. Above expected Total Income & PAT can be exceeded with the forthcoming expansion from this preferential warrants monies.

The Book Value per share for FY26 is Rs. 11.46. With above preferential warrants monies the Book Value per share will increase substantially.

Currently we are in advanced stages of talk with one of India's largest hotel amenities supplier having Indo-Canadian joint venture.

Globally, very few small-cap companies have secured USFDA plant clearance, positioning Veerhealth Care in a distinctive category.

Shares of Veerhealth Care Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 38.82 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 38.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 157466 in over 304 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 38.86 and intraday low of 38.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6077371.00.
