Ambuja Cement Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of Directors (the 'Board') of Ambuja Cement Limited ('Company') at its meeting held on Tuesday, May 02nd, 2023 considered and has recommended payment of final dividend of Rs. 2.50 (Rupees Two and Fifty Paise Only) per Equity Share of Rs. 2/- each (fully paid-up) for the financial year ended March 31, 2023 and the same shall be payable subject to approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company. The final dividend, as recommended by the Board of Directors, if approved at the AGM will be paid on or after 25th July 2023.

Shares of Ambuja Cements Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 394.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 396.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 387925 in over 5982 trades.
