Mold-Tek Technologies Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1.40

The board of directors of Mold-Tek Technologies Ltd has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.40/- per equity share for the financial year ended 3rd March, 2023 on Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each. The Board of Directors had earlier paid an interim dividend of Rs. 2.00/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each at its meeting held on 12th April, 2023. The total dividend for the aforesaid financial year amounts to Rs. 3.40/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each.

This Dividend of Rs. 1.40/- per equity share is subject to the approval of Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting which will be held on or before 30th September, 2023 and the Book Closure for the purpose of payment of the said Dividend for the financial year 2022-23 will be determined later.

Shares of Mold-Tek Technologies Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 273.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 272.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4090 in over 310 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 277.90 and intraday low of 272.60. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1124112.00.
