Minda Corporation Limited seeks CCI nod to increase stake in Pricol Ltd to 24.5%

Minda Corporation Limited had announced the acquisition of 1,91,40,342 Equity Shares of Pricol Limited ("Pricol") representing 15.70406 % of the Pricol's total issued and paid-up equity share capital by the Company. The Board of Directors in its meeting held on 1st May 2023, decided to file an application to Competition Commission of India ("CCI") for making investment in Equity Shares of Pricol Limited upto 24.5% of total Equity Shares of Pricol, at this stage.
