Spread across ~3 acres of prime land, the project will offer a development potential of approximately 0.5 million sq. ft., with an estimated revenue potential exceeding ₹800 Crores. Planned as a high-quality contemporary residential community, the development will feature thoughtfully designed homes to meet the lifestyle needs of modern urban families. Offering seamless access to major business hubs, social infrastructure, and transport networks, the development highlights Brigade's commitment to thoughtfully located urban living spaces.
