Newgen Software Technologies Pte Ltd receives LOA for ECM

Newgen Software Technologies Pte. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Newgen Software Technologies Limited ("the Company") incorporated in Singapore, has accepted a Letter of Award (LOA) from a customer for Enterprise Content Management System (ECM). The aggregate value of the aforesaid Award is RM 6,465,400.80 (Ringgit Malaysia Six Million Four Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand Four Hundred and Sen Eighty Only).

Shares of Newgen Software Technologies Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 880.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 891.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 13484 in over 2747 trades.
