Seshasayee Paper and Boards Limited recommends dividend of Rs. 6

The Board of Directors of Seshasayee Paper and Boards Limited has recommended payment of dividend of Rs 6/- (Rupees six only) per Equity Share of Rs. 2/- each, for the financial year 2022-23. The dividend, if approved by the Members at the ensuing 63rd Annual General Meeting to be held on June 17, 2023, will be paid on or after June 19, 2023.
