Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 1.50

The Board of Directors of Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited ("Bank") have, at their meeting held today, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.50 per Equity Share of the face value of Rs. 5/- each, out of the net profits for the financial year ended March 31, 2023, subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Bank.

Shares of Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1937.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1909.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 103973 in over 9342 trades.
