Orient Cement Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Orient Cement Ltd at their meeting held on April 28, 2023, considered and recommended a final dividend of Re. 1.00 (100%) per equity share of Re. 1/- each for the year ended March 31, 2023, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company in addition to the interim dividend of Rs.0.50 (50%) per equity share declared earlier during the financial year 2022-23, totalling the dividend amount to Rs. 1.50/-(150%) per equity share of Rs. 1/- each for the financial year 2022-23.

Shares of Orient Cement Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 127.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 125.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 38429 in over 787 trades.
