ATUL Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 25

The Board of Directors of ATUL Ltd proposed dividend of Rs. 25 /- (Rupees Twenty Five only) per equity share for the year ended March 31, 2023 which is subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General meeting (AGM) to be held on July 28, 2023.
