Tata Metaliks Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 5

The Board of Directors ('Board') of Tata Metaliks Limited ('the Company') at its Meeting held today, i.e., Friday, April 28, 2023, has recommended a dividend of ₹5/- per Equity Share of ₹10/- each (50%) to the Shareholders of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2023. The Dividend recommended by the Board of the Company is subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company and will be paid as per applicable guidelines.

Shares of Tata Metaliks Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 773.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 770.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 547 in over 102 trades.
