Dalmia Bharat Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 5

The Board of Directors of Dalmia Bharat Ltd in its meeting held today i.e. Tuesday, April 25, 2023, approved and recommended Final Dividend at the rate of Rs. 5/- (250%) per equity share on 18,74,80,361 equity share of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2023. The dividend, upon approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting shall be paid to eligible shareholders.

Shares of Dalmia Bharat Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1920.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1929.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8638 in over 1394 trades.
