VST Industries Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 150

The Board of Directors of VST Industries Ltd at their meeting held today recommended a final dividend of Rs. 150/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each. The dividend will be paid within 30 days of the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 92nd Annual General Meeting.

Shares of VST Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3367.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3341.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 476 in over 210 trades.
