Mahindra Logistics Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 2.50

The Board of Directors of Mahindra Logistics Ltd at their meeting held today have approved recommendation of a Final Dividend of Rs. 2.50 per equity share of the face value of Rs. 10/- each (25%) for the financial year ended 31 March 2023. The dividend payout is subject to the Members' approval at the forthcoming 16th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company.
BR>The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed for the purpose of payment of dividend, if approved by Members at the AGM, from Saturday 15 July 2023 to Monday, 24 July 2023 (both days inclusive).

Shares of Mahindra Logistics Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 374.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 379.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6264 in over 573 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 388.75 and intraday low of 372.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2376257.00.
