Eimco Elecon India Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 5

The board of directors of Eimco Elecon India Ltd has recommended a dividend of 50% (Rs. 5/- per equity share) on 57,68,385 fully paid equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, for the year ended March 31, 2023, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM)of the Company, which shall be paid / dispatched on or before 30 days from the conclusion of AGM.
