PVR Ltd is now PVR INOX Ltd

Consequent upon the receipt of fresh "Certificate of Incorporation" issued by Registrar of Companies (ROC-Mumbai), the name of the Company has been changed from "PVR Limited" to "PVR INOX Limited" with effect from today i.e. 20th April, 2023.

Shares of PVR Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1509.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1502.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 14407 in over 2213 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1512.35 and intraday low of 1482.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 21594079.00.
