International Travel House Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 3.5

The Board of Directors of International Travel House Limited ('the Board') at the Meeting held today i.e. 20th April, 2023 has recommended, subject to declaration of the same by the Shareholders, Final Dividend of ₹3.5 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023. The details with respect to date of the Annual General Meeting, record date for payment of dividend and the date of payment of such dividend will be announced in due course.
