ICRA reaffirms rating of India Grid Trust

The Rating Committee of ICRA, after due consideration, has reaffirmed the rating of India Grid Trust's existing NCDs of Rs 3200 crore at [ICRA]AAA (pronounced as ICRA triple A) and assigned a long-term rating of [ICRA]AAA (pronounced as ICRA triple A) on the proposed NCDs of Rs 1230 crore. The Outlook on the long-term rating is Stable. This rating indicates highest degree of safety regarding timely servicing of financial obligations. Such instruments carry lowest credit risk.

Shares of India Grid Trust was last trading in BSE at Rs. 136.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 137.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7028 in over 172 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 138.16 and intraday low of 136.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 965239.00.
