SPML Infra Ltd approves conversion of CCPS

The Board of Directors of SPML Infra Ltd at its Meeting held on 17th April, 2023, has considered and approved the conversion of 1,777,465 Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS)of Rs. 100/- each into 3,554,930 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each, at a price of Rs. 50/- per equity share including premium of Rs. 48/-.
