Oracle Credit Ltd receives approval for change of name to Credent Global Finance Ltd

The Registrar of Companies, ROC Delhi has approved the change of name of the Company from "Oracle Credit Limited" to "Credent Global Finance Limited" and issued the Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name dated April 06th, 2023, in this regard Company has also submitted application to the Stock exchange, i.e., BSE Limited for post approval.

Shares of Oracle Credit Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 79.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 76.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1175 in over 18 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 79.90 and intraday low of 79.90. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 93882.00.
