Promoters of SecureKloud Technologies Ltd arrested by Enforcement Directorate

Mr. Suresh Venkatachari and Mr. R. S. Ramani, the promoters of SecureKloud Technologies Limited, have been arrested by the Directorate of Enforcement on March 24, 2023 alleging that they are guilty of an offence under the provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002.

Mr. Suresh Venkatachari shall cease to be the President of the Company with immediate effect.

Shares of SECUREKLOUD TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED was last trading in BSE at Rs. 38.73 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 40.16. The total number of shares traded during the day was 27607 in over 357 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 40.35 and intraday low of 38.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1080139.00.
