Brand Concepts Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of directors of Brand Concepts Ltd at its meeting held today has declared interim dividend of Rs. 0.50 per equity share of Face Value of Rs. 10 (5%) for financial year 2022-23. The dividend will be remitted on Monday, 16 April, 2023 to the equity shareholders of the Company whose name is appeared on the record date which is 29th March 2023.
