Brand Concepts Ltd enters into long-term contract with UCB

Brand Concepts Limited has entered a long-term contract of Licensing with UCB (United Colors of Benetton) S.R.L Group to launch Travel & Fashion Accessories in the iconic country fashion brand UCB in India. Brand Concepts has become the official product licensee for Travel Gear, Small Leather Goods, Women Handbags, Key Chains, Neck Pillows and many more including designing, manufacturing, retailing across all channels in India.

Brand Concepts' will introduce UCB (United Colors of Benetton) latest fashion offerings to Indian Consumers through a mix of exclusive brand stores, multi-brand store expressions and digital commerce platforms.

Both the companies aim at leveraging the UCB (United Colors of Benetton) position as a leading lifestyle brand, and established competencies in operating robust omni-channel retail networks and scaling local manufacturing and driving sourcing efficiencies.

Shares of Brand Concepts Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 222.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 228.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1160 in over 34 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 227.15 and intraday low of 221.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 260446.00.
