AGI Infra Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of AGI Infra Ltd at their meeting held today i.e., Monday, March 13, 2023 at the registered office of the Company has considered and declared an interim dividend of Re.1/- (Rupee One Only) (i.e., 10%) per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2022-23.

The interim dividend will be paid to those Shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company as on record date i.e., March 22, 2023. The interim dividend will be paid/dispatched to the Shareholders on or before 30 days from its declaration.

Shares of AGI Infra Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 477.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 488.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 392 in over 28 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 492.00 and intraday low of 472.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 187977.00.
