Chalet Hotels Ltd approves issue of NCDs to International Finance Corporation

The Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of Chalet Hotels Limited at its meeting held today i.e. on March 06, 2023 has considered and approved the offer of Secured, Unlisted, Non-Cumulative, Redeemable and Non-Convertible Debentures (non-rated) upto an amount of Rs.100 crore to 'International Finance Corporation' on a Private Placement basis.

Shares of Chalet Hotels Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 364.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 360.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4111 in over 362 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 365.95 and intraday low of 360.80. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1493464.00.
