Capital India Finance Ltd provides corporate guarantee for Rs. 19 crores

Capital India Finance Limited ("Company") has on February 27, 2023, accorded approval for providing corporate guarantee for an amount not exceeding INR 19,00,00,000 (Indian Rupees Nineteen Crore Only) in favour of Jana Small Finance Bank Limited for securing the facility to be availed by Capital India Home Loans Limited, a material subsidiary of the Company.

Shares of Capital India Finance Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 83.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 85.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 976 in over 38 trades.
