Cantabil Retail India Ltd Board approves Interim Dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Cantabil Retail India Ltd at its meeting held on today i.e. Tuesday, 07th day of February, 2023, has approved the declaration of Interim dividend of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two Only) per share i.e @ 20% on equity share of face value of Rs 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each.

The Record date is fixed for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2022-23 on Friday, February 17, 2023.
