Quintillion Media Ltd acquires Bloomberg's stake in Quintillion Business Media Ltd

Quintillion Media Limited ("QML"), wholly owned material subsidiary of Quint Digital Media Limited, has acquired 25.97% stake in Quintillion Business Media Limited ("QBML") from Bloomberg L P.

Pursuant to completion of the said acquisition, QBML has become a wholly owned subsidiary of QML.

Shares of Quint Digital Media Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 88.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 98.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 216530 in over 140 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 88.55 and intraday low of 88.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 19173731.00.
